This is a different concept indeed. Taking two special unique ideas and colliding them to make one unique timepiece. Custom card box for your guests to leave you their well wishes and the second portion a customized shadow box frame with a special wood burned disk as well as material and colours from the wedding to remember forever. This is displayed in a 7 x 7 frame. Box is lockable Just a special touch for any new couple. Dimensions – 14 x 7.5 x 16

SHIPPING

Any custom orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after the applicable payment has cleared. Boxes available on my website are ready to ship and will be mailed immediately unless customization is required. All orders will be mailed via Canada Post or Purolator. Box of Wishes is not responsible or liable for any and all delays imposed by Canada Post or Purolator.

Local pick-up is also available in Orleans or Delivery in Ottawa Ontario and surrounding areas.

All shipping costs will be generated at the checkout based on your location.

Note: Dimensions of boxes also reflect the exterior shipping box to ensure true shipping fees.

There is no insurance on your package, unless it is requested, and in which case the cost for insurance and tracking will be added to the purchase.

For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties are applicable and are not included in the price of your item. Customs and Duties vary from country to country and it is the purchasers responsibility to pay all applicable customs and duties as imposed by the receiving country. Delays can occur which are outside of my control and Box of Wishes cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays due to transit.

Box of Wishes is not responsible if there was a mistake in your mailing address, please check your address on your account before ordering to ensure accuracy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products I make are handmade and custom made for each customer. Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer returns/refunds. However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Box of Wishes, if you have any issues with your order please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If you change your mind about any colour, embellishments etc. on your order, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not been completed, I will make adjustments for you at no additional cost.

Box of Wishes will ensure your purchase arrives in the best possible condition. If for any reason the item arrives in less than perfect condition, please send an email with photos to attempt to rectify the issue whether to replace or repair your item.
