Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after the applicable payment has cleared. All orders will be mailed via Canada Post . I am not responsible or liable for any and all delays imposed by Canada Post.

Local pick-up is also available in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

All shipping costs will be generated at the checkout based on your location. Please note that there is no insurance on your package, unless it is requested, and in which case the cost for insurance and tracking will be added to the purchase.

For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties are applicable and are not included in the price of your item. Customs and Duties vary from country to country and it is the purchasers responsibility to pay all applicable customs and duties as imposed by the receiving country. Delays can occur which are outside of my control and I cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays due to transit.

I am not responsible if there was a mistake in your mailing address, please check your address on your account before ordering.

Returns & exchanges

All products I make are handmade and custom made for each customer. Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer returns/refunds. However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, if you have any issues with your order please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If you change your mind about any colour, embellishments etc. on your order, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not been completed, I will make adjustments for you at no additional cost.

I will ensure your purchase arrives in the best possible condition. If for any reason the item arrives in less than perfect condition, please send me an email and I will assist in rectifying the issue whether to replace or repair your item.
